Video Training Modules for IT Endpoint Services 

• Description: Developed video training modules for the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point IT Endpoint Services to streamline the onboarding process and minimize managerial involvement in training. The project aimed to make the training more efficient and effective, resulting in improved onboarding experiences for new employees.  

• Methodologies: 

  • Conducted needs assessment and gathered requirements from stakeholders.

  • Designed and created training content using multimedia tools.

  • Utilized project management techniques to ensure timely delivery and quality of the modules.

• Outcome: Successfully created a series of video training modules to reduce the time managers spent on training new employees. The client was pleased with the outcome.
